Conley and Cotton Shipping Policy

At Conley and Cotton, each order is handled with care and attention to detail. We work hard to process and ship your items as promptly as possible while maintaining the high quality and craftsmanship you expect from us. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.


Processing Times

Customized Orders (e.g., monogrammed or embroidered items):
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for processing and production before your order ships. Each personalized item is made to order, and this timeline ensures every stitch is just right.

Blank (Non-Customized) Orders:
Typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.


Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS and include tracking information. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. Please note that weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact delivery times. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, Conley and Cotton cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

If an item in your order is delayed due to stock availability, high order volume, or other factors, we will reach out by email as soon as possible with an update.


Important Notes

  • Conley and Cotton is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
